30 for an idol is the average persons equivalent of being old enough to get half priced tickets at movie theaters. Most Idols fizzel out long before 30, but few young or old shine as bright as these ladies and gentlemen.
2012 was an extremely busy year in K-Pop, full of long-awaited comebacks, debuts, scandals and fashion, with plenty of hits and misses. Here’s our sum up of the entire year.

10 Overrated K-Pop Idols
Sometimes, we look through lists of popular idols in K-Pop, and we cannot help but wonder: Why?
Why is ____ popular? Most of the time, it’s not necessarily that the idol is useless, but that their staggering level of popularity is unfathomable. Before we reveal our list and are berated in an onslaught of angry commentary we want to clarify something: We’re not saying these idols are talentless or worthless, but that fans simply go overboard in their praise for them. If you feel the need to comment, we hope it is not with the intention that you wish to change our minds (because you won’t). And now onto our list, in no particular order:
In the world of Idols, there are those that sparkle brighter than even the most brilliant jewels. They have fineness and grandeur to spare, and easily steal the spotlight of all others in the vicinity. They entertain in ways that no others can, their rambunctious and flamboyant activities can easily bring any person to their knees in laughter. These people are true divas and absolutely fabulous.

Really normal album packaging. The little reflective dots on the cover give it some dimension and texture, but otherwise it’s just plain.
